Mr. Roach has a B.Sc.in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick, and an M. Eng. in Fire Protection Engineering from the University of Maryland. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the province of New Brunswick. Mr. Roach is registered as a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator through the National Association of Fire Investigators. His professional activities for the past 10 years have focused on fire protection engineering consulting for the industrial, commercial, residential and institutional industries. Fire protection engineering consulting experience includes code consulting, fire protection system designs, fire and explosion hazard assessments, fire and explosion investigations, and performance-based designs.
